We enjoyed our stay, very quiet and relaxing place. The cottage was lovely, everything you could want had been provided. Thank you for the welcome pack and flowers. Thank you for your lovely friendly welcome and getting us here safe after we got lost.

Thank you for a lovely stay, really enjoyed the fireplace and visits from the cats. One day of brilliant sunshine and one of snow – fantastic! Thanks too for your hospitality and invitation to the village quiz and chips night – great fun. Nice to have a choice of pubs to walk to- Red Lion in Aldborough was a welcome friendly spot on a cold evening.

Bailey’s is lovely and cosy and Alfie (the boxer) especially liked the warm floors and log fires.

This was our second visit to Church Farm Barns having stayed in Owl in Sept. ’09. Bailey’s Barn is lovely, comfortable and cosy, loved the woodburner and the galleried bedroom. Many thanks for the welcome pack and the flowers and for a lovely break (shame about the weather). We will be back next summer I’m sure.

We booked this as a last minute break and on arrival couldn’t believe our luck. What a lovely cottage!!
Thank you so much for the welcome pack. Bailey’s is definitely a home from home. Everything you could possibly need. Gill and Dom are very welcoming – nothing is too much bother. The cottage was lovely and peaceful and we had three days of good weather thrown in! We had a lovely Sunday lunch in the Vernon Arms in Southrepps – 15 minutes drive away.
Thank you so much! We hope to return one day.
