Redecorated and refurbished, in 2013 with new boiler, bathroom and central heating, Owl Barn remains a simple and charming self catering holiday cottage created from one end of the old farm buildings that make up Church Farm Barns. The living area, dining space and kitchen are all contained in one large, open plan room, which has an exposed timber vaulted roof space. The cosy bedrooms open from the main living space, while the sunny courtyard offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy an evening drink or use the barbecue provided. Parking is available on site.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment

Bedroom 1 - Double bed
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds
Bathroom - newly installed in 2013, with large shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.
Separate WC - with wash basin

Outside

Own area of courtyard garden and garden furniture.

Barbecues available.

Full size table tennis in the open barn.

Notes

Change over on Saturdays but out of high season it is worth asking if you want to arrive and leave on other days - we will cater for your needs if we can.
If Owl is unavailable it's worth asking if you can have Corner Barn. Especially if it's last minute we may be able to offer this at the same price as Bailey's.
Cots, high chairs and baby bath available by request.
